I’m the service manager of an e-commerce company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Netqom Software Private Limited?

We needed a desktop and mobile version of our site up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we first started our partnership, we only had a domain name, so we needed a platform. We decided on Magento but realized that we needed all aspects of the site to be developed from scratch. That included graphics, videos, menu links, checkout links, privacy policies, and more. They started with the desktop version and moved toward mobile development after that. We also created another unrelated website, utilizing their skills across multiple projects.

Our site launched in August, and we’ve since accelerated our pace of work with them. They’ve been adding features, updating product pictures, and including logos where appropriate.

How did you come to work with Netqom Software Private Limited?

We originally found them on UpWork, deciding to work with them based on their portfolio, fair rates, and timely response to our ad on the site. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent at least $10,000 on their services to date.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2017 and still collaborate today. The work started off slow, but we picked up the pace within the last year. They’ve stayed on board as the scope of their work accelerated.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We often hear that our website looks very professionally done, functioning well while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Our company has seen a strong number of sales through the website. That proves that it’s working well and can meet the needs of clients all around the world. We have sales coming in from Australia and the United States. He created a functional website that makes it easy for people to get what they need.  

How did Netqom Software Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager provides updates at the end of each workday that keeps us all on the same page. He’s able to effectively summarize a multitude of updates into one email. His screenshots and regular communication allows us to accurately measure progress. If we don’t understand something, he’s able to provide deeper insight.   

They were very responsive over email and chat. We’re in contact every day, and he keeps us update on his upcoming holidays. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We ended up with a great value for our money, knowing that we won’t need any part of the site reworked by another developer. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be very helpful if he offered some flexibility with working on weekends. Even if he charged a higher rate at those times, it would really help us out. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We best managed the partnership by providing them with a checklist at the start of the project. He was able to work off of that throughout the development, updating us on the progress of each of our checkpoints.

1idu LLC is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) LiveScan Service Provider. We provide biometric fingerprinting identification services for criminal history screening to applicants who seek a license for employment in the state of Florida. We are an owner/operator service provider.

1idu LLC's initial website was created by someone with little web design and development experience in web design. Our 1st website was juvenile and ridicules. Netqom Software Private Limited provided the professional updated web design and development we need to present to our business clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to be taken seriously as a Florida Department of Law Enforce Livescan Service Provider. Our website needed to be redesigned. We needed our professional business acumen to improved 1000% to win vendor contracts as a livescan service provider. We needed website development to create an easier payment system design, a better follow of information a more cohesive product ( Our Branding) needed to be present to be sold.

We need our foot traffic to increase. We needed our online purchases to increase. We need our brand to become known in a short amount of time. We need an IT Service and Miantaence provider that understood our commitment to our company on board with our ideas.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Netqom Software Pvt. Ltd. through a portal. We put our project requirements on this portal and over 100 vendors put their bid for the project. We selected Netqom after going through the bids of various vendors that we shortlisted based on their profile, rate, and experience. Netqom's experience stood out to us and we hired Netqom.

Describe the project in detail.

We knew what we wanted. We had a photo of the home page and not much else. Netqom gave us web design ideas around the photo. We worked from there on content placement. We needed specific software integrated into our web development for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement vendor purposes. This required specific UI Development and security integrations.

What was the team composition?

We had no idea what the roles of 1 Web Developer, 1 Web Designer, 1 Tester | IT Service and Maintenance meant, so we Googled the job title. We need as many Netqom services as we could afford, period. We communicated with each member of the team with our ideas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Florida SBDC at the University of South Florida provided 1idu LLC with consulting expertise focusing on our Branding and Marketing. the expertise rated our new website rated 100 % consumer-friendly, with community needed services marketed succinctly for prices and convenience. Netqom provides branding ideas for social media, increasing our Google reviews from eight - 5 start reviews, to 50+ 5-star reviews.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated with the entire Netqom team. Our ideas were welcoming. Netqom team offers measured exact business responses on design ideas, implementation, and software compatibility. We needed to understand the security measure needed as livescan providers and design limitations. Their responses are positive, professional, and honest.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Finding a solution to problems we had no idea were how to solve with little change to the website design!

Are there any areas for improvement?

We count on Netqom’s ability to improve and implement 3rd part security software as a security feature for state software. It would be very difficult for us to have the confidence in another IT Service provider to implement monthly security software updates without exact knowledge of state security protocols. This is a tough question because they have been so consistent and we are very pleased with the work.

I am the Director of Shoe Shu. We are a fashion accessory label that retail online and also wholesale to boutiques around the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netqom Software Private Limited?

Approximately 5 years ago Dinesh & his team were contracted to create our website. We needed online access for our stockists to be able to purchase online at wholesale prices and also service our retail customers. The backend needed to handle all of our invoicing and customer payments.

What were your goals for this project?

We have new products weekly so it was important for us to be able to maintain and update products. We also wanted to see an increase of wholesale and retail sales.

How did you select this vendor?

Dinesh was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had completed another website for me. I had a look at some of their previous work and I liked what I saw.

Describe the project in detail.

It was pretty simple. I provided them with a rough idea of the look I was wanting and the functions I required. They supplied a thorough quote which I thought was more than reasonable. We proceeded from there. After they completed the job which came in under budget we fine tuned a few issues and then we were ready to go.

Dinesh has a great team behind him. I have always worked directly with him.

Sales have increased and we offer more payment methods and have integrated with other websites too. They have assisted us as our company has grown.

We were updated daily while creating the website. They were always professional and on the ball. The majority of our updating is answered and completed the same day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their experience & knowledge was amazing! For someone who new nothing about websites, they made me feel very comfortable and explained each step.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We ended up with an amazing website and I could not ask for anymore.
