Scope of work included serving as the dedicated development team for our CMS, with full ownership of ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and performance optimization to support our product and operational needs.

Key deliverables included continuous CMS improvements, custom feature development, backend integrations, and analytics/reporting capabilities. In addition, they supported select initiatives such as custom web applications, WordPress builds, and AI-driven solutions based on evolving business requirements.

We have worked closely with Stephen Connell for the past few years now on almost all tech related challenges. He has helped us build our wesbite and kepp it up to date. He has helped us re-organize our email platform and went above and beyond to help me understand how best to implement it with our company and our team members. He has been available to answer all of my questions over the years, no matter how big or small. And with this he has been incredibly kind and professional and easy to work with.
