They purchased the domain and designed a website for a company name that we ceased to be several years ago. Their company been bought multiple times and changed names more times than I can keep up with. The website design was way beyond the scope of this small, local company.

It was designed to generate appointments for service. Since I have worked for this company, 5/7/21 there has been two emails requesting an appointment. One of them seemed bogus as we could never reach the individual.

There was none to my knowledge. No one at this company even knew the website existed when I came to work here.

This company offered nothing to our company that translated into additional exposure or business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Net Driven could have done differently?

They have the most nebulous and horrible contract I have ever had to deal with. It was 52 pages long and was designed only to lock our company in to their services until the end of time.
