 I’m the principal and co-founder of a digital marketing firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neptune Moon?

We utilized them for Google Ads optimization, PPC services, and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

More specifically, we used her contracted services for PPC and Facebook optimization. In our latest work together, she was running the PPC and Facebook program for a healthcare client. While we used her as a consultant, she owned the entire paid media side of those client engagements.  

What is the team composition?

Julie (President) is our contractor with them. She has some support staff as well. 

How did you come to work with Neptune Moon?

We were referred to them through another partner. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $50,000 with her in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with her in June 2016, and our engagement lasted until mid-2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Her work drove down the cost per click and cost per acquisition while increasing conversions. She did a fantastic job of serving as an extension of our team. Listed as a top-25 paid ad influencer, she’s effective in running paid ads and consulting with us. We were initially using her as we searched for a full-time employee to assume her role, but we kept her one for over a year because of her excellent work.

How did Neptune Moon perform from a project management standpoint?

In her work, she’s embedded within our team and works with our account manager as a strategist. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

She was able to drive an impressive number of leads through Google specifically. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, she’s great at what she does. Her work isn’t cheap, but its the best of quality.

Know what you want to spend, and she can meet the mark from there.
