Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of the Instituto Técnico y Orientado Paula Albarracín de Sarmiento (ITyOPAS). A technical high school with over 50 years of history.

For what projects/services did your company hire NEPS, and what were your goals?

We hired NEPS to develop our institutional website that allows us to manage the content of the institution in a simple and dynamic way. In addition, we can manage all institutional news and a section for students where they can enroll in our school and access important information for them. During the pandemic, in the framework of mandatory virtuality, NEPS accompanied us in every change and every decision we made. From 2013 to the present, we continue to hire NEPS for maintenance and improvements of the system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came to NEPS through a referral. The factors we took into account were communication, trust, and quality.

1. They made a survey of everything we needed.
2. They presented us with several proposals to start.
3. During the initial development of the system, they were showing us progress all the time to check if any changes or adjustments were necessary.
4. Once it was finished and in production, when the need arose to improve something or add something to the system, we communicated it to them and they did it right away.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Initially three people: a functional analyst, a UX/UI designer, and a web developer. Currently there are 2: a person responsible for content management and a web developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In each iteration I could see how the system was growing and in each improvement we requested we have a test first in testing and then after our ok, it goes to production.

We communicate via WhatsApp, Skype or telephone. We followed and progressed through a Trello board that they shared with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Permanent contact and constant orientation towards communication. I highly value the commitment and human warmth of the team from the beginning to the present.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From my experience, I cannot find anything to contribute.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

NEPS was chosen thanks to colleagues' references. The main decision factor was that their technical leader was based close by to our offices, allowing face-to-face work and of course, we took into account his elevated academic capabilities.

The finished and working product in the hands of the client proves the successful result.

The workflow was highly efficient and very dynamic when making improvement decisions.

Business software development company belonging to a holding company that provided intraholding and extraholding services for all of Latin America. My role was Development Manager.

We hired him as staff augmentation in Web projects with Angular and .Net. We needed skilled and flexible developers who can contribute to different projects

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We analyze your service offer and value the quality of your employees and the extensive experience of your leaders

They participated in various projects. The most challenging was the time management and employee assignment software for the company in charge of the subway service in the city of Buenos Aires.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

We presented the project to Neps and its leaders recommended the formation of teams and profiles. A process of interviews was carried out with developers from which we evaluated and selected.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With your support, we were able to successfully implement the subway project in the city of Buenos Aires, achieving at the business level to exceed the SLAs defined by the government in the fulfillment of services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The flow was effective, we worked with remote developers and face-to-face meetings when necessary. Dilys and planning were carried out, agile scheme. Monthly we reviewed the service and performance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The technical support that the resources had, in the face of impediments. The technical leaders reacted quickly and solved the problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

NO, the service was always as expected.
