What specific goals or objectives did you hire NeoSigmatic AI to accomplish?

• The goal of this project was to build The Raising Club — a comprehensive digital platform that supports families through every stage of raising children by connecting them with trusted caregivers, educational resources, and community events in one place.
• Create a safe, vetted caregiver marketplace. Trust and safety were the top priority. We needed families to browse, message, and hire caregivers with complete confidence, so the platform integrates full identity verification and background checks
• Offer parent education through courses and events. Beyond hiring help, our objective was to make The Raising Club a genuine learning hub, with structured courses that include certificates and completion tracking, plus online and in-person events that families can easily discover,register and attend.
• Establish a secure, scalable, modern foundation. The platform was built on a current technology stack with role-based access for families, caregivers, organizations, and administrators, strong data security, and an admin console for oversight of users, verifications, payments, and content.

1. Project Overview The Raising Club is an intuitive, AI-supported marketplace that connects families with qualified childcare providers (nannies) and offers professional development through accessible online courses. The MVP phase will focus on delivering a user-friendly, mobile-responsive application that supports the following core functionalities: 

• Educational Course Dashboard 
• User Profile System for Caregivers and Families 
• Internal Matching Marketplace (Nanny Share and Hiring) 
• AI-Powered Chat Support Tool (Pedagog on Demand) 
• Secure Payment Integration 

2. Key Features and Functional Requirements 
Phase 1: Course Dashboard

• Dashboard will be accessible by both parents and caregivers. 
• Video lessons with the ability to: 
  • Start, pause, and resume where last left off. 
  • Display lesson progress and completion status. 
  • Works well on mobile and desktop (responsive design). 
• Admin panel to upload and manage course videos and resources.
• User experience will be designed for simplicity, especially for older caregivers. 

Phase 2: User Profiles & Learning History 

• Profile builder for nannies (resume-style dashboard). 
• Ability for nannies to: 
  • Upload experience and qualifications.
  • Display completed Raising Club courses. 
  • Show areas of expertise (e.g., toilet training, nutrition, early literacy). 
• Profiles should be shareable (similar to LinkedIn-style). 

Phase 3: Marketplace & Matching Logic 

• Matchmaking system that supports: 
  • One nanny to one family. 
  • Nanny Share (one nanny to two families). 
• Profiles visible to: 
  • Parents 
  • Daycares 
  • Schools and organizations 
• Filters and search based on location, language, experience, and completed courses. 

Phase 4: Pedagog on Demand (AI Chatbot) 

• AI chatbot trained on a closed dataset (specific early childhood development books).
• Responds only using pre-uploaded book content. 
• Option for human fallback if a question is outside the dataset. 
• Admin dashboard to manage AI content and fallback support.

As we're still in the MVP phase and preparing for launch, our success so far is measured by delivery and readiness rather than user adoption. A complete MVP delivered end to end, spanning five feature areas: a vetted caregiver marketplace, membership plans, courses, events.

They delivered on time and were very proactive in recommending new capabilities for the marketplace. On top of latest technology to make the website look professional to high-end customers.
