I'm the Head of Product at ONMO Inc., a gaming company that combines streaming technology, esports, and AI to deliver social, casual gaming experiences. I oversee the full product lifecycle across four products — an H5 casual gaming platform, a mobile cloud gaming platform, a gaming and entertainment content aggregator, and a new AAA cloud gaming platform comparable to Boosteroid — bridging the gap between business, customers, and development teams.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nelisoftwares?

When we first engaged Nelisoftwares, we needed additional support and technical backup as we were building out our first product. Over time, as our portfolio grew, so did our partnership — they took on full ownership of the frontend across all four products we've launched over the years. It was a relationship that evolved organically, built on trust and consistent delivery.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nelisoftwares has helped us develop and maintain the frontend of one of our products. Their work has expanded to all four products that our company has built, plus all the back-office tools to manage these products. The team has also designed and developed some H5 games.In terms of deliverables, Nelisoftwares has created web applications, mobile apps, TV apps, H5 games, and back-office tools with dashboards, such as CMS, support tools, admin tools, and streaming solutions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Nelisoftwares, we’ve released four products that are currently live across multiple operators globally. These products generate millions of dollars in revenue each year.Nelisoftwares has played a critical role in bringing our company's designs to life through precise and reliable frontend implementation. Their work has ensured that the products are delivered on time, function consistently across multiple operators, and require minimal rework or bug fixes post-launch.On the back-office side, the tools Nelisoftwares has built have streamlined our internal operations, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency for the teams managing these products day-to-day. The technical quality of their frontend output has also made it easier to iterate and ship updates quickly, supporting the continued growth of products that are now generating millions in annual revenue.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most about Nelisoftwares is their unwavering commitment and dedication to the success of our products. They consistently go above and beyond what’s expected — whether that means putting in extra hours or being available outside of normal working hours to get things done.Moreover, Kevin (CEO) is personally hands-on throughout our collaboration. We’ve spent many late nights together working through releases to ensure we deliver, and that level of personal investment from the top of the company is something we rarely see. It gives us a lot of confidence and makes for a truly collaborative partnership.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing significant comes to mind. Any challenges we’ve encountered have been handled collaboratively and are very much part of the natural complexity of building and launching multiple products at scale. If anything, we would love to have more of Nelisoftwares’ bandwidth available to us, as the quality of their work makes us want to move even faster. We look forward to continuing to grow the partnership.

Key deliverables include:

• Full development of our desktop application, which includes secure banking connections and advanced cash flow management features.
• Full development of our mobile app for iOS and Android.

No, they are among the the best in the world. They know what they're doing and it's evident. Couldn't be more grateful or satisfied.

Nelisoftwares was contracted to develop Evercast's new streaming application which is called Presenter. A key deliverable was ensuring HD, high-framerate streaming into Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. Beyond the core product functionality, Nelisoftwares is also responsible for the AWS backend infrastructure, ensuring the platform could scale globally in a secure and reliable way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nelisoftwares delivered a production-ready application that streams HD video at high framerates directly into Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. Additionally, the application:

• Integrates with popular platforms such as Frame.io, Adobe Premiere and Box.
• Uses GPU-based H.264 encoding which is a significant technical achievement.

Nelisoftwares' project management exceeded expectations. They consistently delivered ahead of scehdule and maintained constant, proactive communication through Slack - responding quickly to questions, flagging issues before they became blockers, and keeping u informed of progress in real time. Their responsiveness made it easy to iterate on requirements and cour-correct quickly when priorities shifted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out the most about Nelisoftwares was the combination of keep technical expertise and full-stack ownership. Streaming HD video at high framerates is genuinely hard engineering work. It requires expertise in vdieo encoding, low-latency networking and platform-specific integration that most development shops simply don't have. Nelisoftwares is handling it all, from the client-side streaming app to the AWS backend infrastrucutre, which is rare to find in my experience. Most vendors I've worked with in the past specialize in one area of the other. Additionally, they move fast and keep an open line of communication via Slack. That combination of technical depth, ownership, speed, and responsiveness makes them one-of-a-kind in my opinion.

We havn't had a single issue with them.

We hired Nelisoftwares to develop feature milestones within an app development project.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work Nelisoftwares handled for this project?

Nelisoftwares developed gaming features within a React Native mobile app and handled payment gateway integrations. The team was mainly responsible for the frontend development, implementing new UI and interactive components.
