I entrusted Netketing with overall online marketing tasks, including blogs, search ads, and threads. In fact, they went beyond that by recommending platforms tailored to current trends. I initially started with a blog, but they told me that threads are now more effective; I really appreciated how quickly they responded to trends.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before starting marketing, we had almost no sales, but after entrusting marketing to Neketing, we achieved a peak monthly revenue of approximately 100 million won. Currently, we maintain a monthly revenue of about 50 million won without any employees. The greatest achievement was not just a one-time success, but the establishment of a marketing foundation capable of generating revenue continuously.

The project proceeded systematically overall, and most of the requested tasks were completed on schedule. We communicated via KakaoTalk, and responses were quick; it was convenient that they responded immediately whenever I needed anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about the company was that the CEO communicated personally and continuously guided our direction to suit our business situation. Instead of simply repeating fixed marketing methods, they quickly identified and proactively suggested channels that were effective at the time, such as blogs, search ads, and threads. In particular, I felt strongly that they were a partner who brainstormed business strategies alongside us, rather than just a company that runs ads on our behalf. What I liked most was that they quickly responded to changing trends and constantly considered directions that would lead to actual sales.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Neketing could have done differently?

There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. However, since the CEO personally manages a large number of clients, responses were occasionally a bit delayed during busy periods. Haha... Nevertheless, they made sure to take care of important requests and tasks without missing anything. I actually understood this, as I assumed they were simply getting busier as the business thrived. Personally, I hope they continue to communicate directly with us and check in a little more frequently in the future, just as they do now.
