I’m the owner of a construction firm that supports clients in the wood finish field.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neev Technologies?

Our company decided to innovate and invest in the digitization of our business. In this sense, we decided to develop together with NEEV Company a customized web solution adjusted to our needs and the needs of our customers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We received 3 proposals for the development of our project. After meeting with all the companies individually, we decided to NEEV because it presented the most complete and detailed proposal, with a project plan and project development time adjusted to our timing.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The project consisted in the development of a platform where customers can request a quote on a service, view and hire the quote. In addition, the customer can follow all the status of development of the service, being notified when the service is completed. From an internal point of view of our company, this platform allows us to manage all our work, analyze costs and business margins. We regularly meet with the Neev Company and assess emerging business needs.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The CTO Neev was our main contact for the development of this project. Then he divides the project into the various specialties within the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the project with the contracted requirements completed and within the agreed time. In addition, throughout the project, they were always available to provide better solutions for our business needs. At the end of the project, our company sees Neev Company as a partner in the development of our ideas.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the project, there were follow-up meetings every 2 weeks. When an urgent need arose, Neev responded quickly, usually in less than 24 hours

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was the availability and accessibility of the various Neev elements to help with any need that arose.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have nothing to add, given the circumstances all the work was done in a perfect way.
