I’m an executive at Vivaro Media, a sports broadcasting company in Armenia.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Nebulab?

We needed to digitalize our content and create animations for our TV programs. We also needed help with our digital branding and graphic design. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nebulab provides multiple services including video production and graphic design. We have three TV channels, including pre-match and post-match shows and morning shows. Nebulab has created the animated and 3D opening sequences of these shows. 

We hired a branding company to create our branding since Nebulab couldn’t handle the project at the time. We then brought our branding book to Nebulab, who has created our shows' whole styling, video production, and graphic design of our shows.

What is the team composition?

I work with Nebulab’s creative director.

How did you come to work with Nebulab?

We contacted Nebulab through a recommendation. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested over $10,000 with Nebulab.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Nebulab in March 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Nebulab’s quality of their work meets our expectations. They’ve gone through our brand book and created exactly what we needed. We’ve decided to extend our collaboration with Nebulab because they’ve provided our requests on time.

How did Nebulab perform from a project management standpoint?

Nebulab works very fast, and their project management is good. Our designers have meetings with Nebulab to share storylines, and Nebulab then takes over the task and gives us a time estimation — they always deliver work on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Nebulab’s commitment. They prioritize the client’s opinion and make changes if needed. Nebulab sometimes works overtime or late at night to deliver work on time which is very appreciated. In the TV industry is very important to have work delivered on time so we can broadcast it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Nebulab to improve — we’re satisfied with the work they’re delivering. I suggest Nebulab goes more global because their quality, price, and team are really good. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend giving Nebulab a chance because they’re a young and enthusiastic team. They will show you what they’re capable of.
