I’m the CEO of BZ-One, a web-based platform that connects corporations with small businesses, offering tools to enhance collaboration and foster partnerships for mutual growth.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nebula Logix?

We needed to take our platform from a database to software. We also needed great support for the new software and expert advice.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nebula Logix took our information from the database and built the software. The main deliverables were backend logic and putting the platform on AWS. They also added payment systems such as Square and other modules to make it a viable subscription-based software.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a working subscription-based software that is used by hundreds of users. We also received positive feedback from our employees and subscribers, which helped us determine the project's success.

How did Nebula Logix perform from a project management standpoint?

Nebula Logix delivered on time. When they were running behind, they brought another person to ensure they finished the project on time and within budget, which we really appreciated. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with all the things Nebula Logix was able to do to get the project done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there wasn’t anything they could have done to improve the project. As Nebula Logix was learning about the project, they moved forward.
