Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the creative director of “Baed Stories” . Baed Stories is the brand of erotic lingerie that was created by Ukrainian women and is successfully sold on the US market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nebo ideas agency?
The goal that we initially pursued was to enter the Ukrainian market and increase sales. To do this, we needed to launch a bright advertising campaign and attract the attention of Ukrainian women.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose the agency based on their projects and creative solutions, since our project is quite specific for the Ukrainian market.

We agreed with the agency about a meeting, at which we told in detail what we wanted, our goal was to enter the Ukrainian market and increase sales. NEBO offered us an idea to launch a project to emancipate Ukrainian women. After 14 days the agency provided several ideas, among which we chose one - #noshamefor, then a lot of work was done to find celebrities, the shooting took place and the launch of the project on social networks began.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
WE communicated with the manager Oksana but we could also talk to the team members, including the CEO, at any time.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The #noshamefor project was accompanied by a flash mob, in which every Ukrainian woman, and maybe a Ukrainian man could participate. It was attended by a wide audience but Facebook and Instagram blocked the revelations of Ukrainian women, believing that this is overly sexual content.
Despite the restrictions in the media, the following communication channels were involved: a podcast on SHA Radio, an article on BIT.UA with candid stories of stars, posters in sex shops, posts by sex-positive influencers. The project was supported by three well-known Ukrainian women, they also created together with our brand a capsule collection of three looks that have been released for sale.
The advertising campaign pushed the audience to revelations, the flash mob developed not only on the territory of Ukraine, but also abroad. The bold social movement has increased brand awareness, and the emancipation of Ukrainian women has led to increased sales.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our meetings were held personally and remotely, always the answers to our questions didn’t keep us waiting.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They precisely hit the target audience. Their boldness of ideas and social orientation was impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
All things responded to us and we liked working with NEBO.

We started with a detailed briefing of the entire team of the agency, where we talked about our tasks and plans. The work was divided into two large stages - creating an identity and developing packaging for our products. After that, the team went to work for a month, constantly keeping in touch with us and discussing design concepts. At the presentation, we were presented with 5 design directions, where we chose the most suitable one and then the agency worked on making edits and improvementsю.

project manager was the central figure in communication. Also, we always was in touch with CEO. For creative part we worked with 2 designers, art-director and copywriter.

Due to the successful identity, we launch our brand on the market and get first sales.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
most often we communicated with the manager by phone, but all presentations and important meetings were held in person, with the involvement of all participants in the process. The agency always gave feedback on time and answered questions with high quality. The final presentation took place in their office, where we were treated to delicious kombucha.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
This was our first experience of working with an agency, of course we had a lot of fears, but working with Nebo ideas agency left only positive emotions. Most of all, I would like to highlight a non-standard approach to solving everyday problems. We are a small cosmetics brand, it is very difficult to stand out in the market, but the guys found an unexpected approach for our identity. Everything was in a timely manner, and the team executed good management.
