I am the President and CEO of 911 Interpreters. We provide a variety of language services including On-site Interpretations, On-demand Telephone and Video Interpretations as well as Written Translation Services.

For what projects/services did your company hire NCCPLUS VIETNAM?

We hired NCC Plus to develop a custom on-line Scheduling and Project Management Portal. Upon completion of the Portal, we hired them to also develop 4 different IOS and Android Apps associated with the Portal.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a cloud based unified platform to manage all the aspects of our language services. The platform needed to be user friendly and accessible for anywhere. Functions that had to be included were intake and management of all incoming projects, broadcasting the work to independent contractors, scheduling as well as payroll and billing functions.

How did you select this vendor?

We spend a few weeks looking at a number of vendors in the US India and Vietnam. We narrowed it down to 3 vendors. Why NCC Soft? At first I was really impressed by their prompt response to our initial inquiry and the friendliness of Nhan, one of the owners. As we started discussing the project their team seemed rather knowledgeable and competent. Once we coupled that with a best price quote, the selection was easy.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

NCC developed and deployment of a custom on-line Scheduling and Project Management Portal as well as 2 IOS Apps, one for Interpreters and one for Customers, and 2 Android Apps associated with the Portal.

What was the team composition?

NCC Soft team involved in developing our project consisted of four people. The original portal was completed by two main developers. Once that was completed, another two person team was assigned to work on the App development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Tremendous impact. Not only did it improve our productivity and accuracy, but it also had a huge impact on our bottom line. We were able to cut our intake staff by 30%.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication was seamless. Very quick response times. Their development team kept us consistently posted on the progress of the project. Any changes were implemented promptly. Deadlines were always met.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I don't even know where to begin. Their customer service is unsurpassed. Their development team is competent and knowledgeable. They consistently went way beyond the call of duty.

Whatever challenges we presented them with, they came up with a solution. They responded to us very quickly at any time, day or night. Small changes were implemented without nickle and diming us for every little thing. Very rare these days.

1. Synchronize post from social network such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to World Voice
2. Give user place to raise their voice

NCCPLUS provides backend .net development service and frontend Angular 6.

Team communicates with me using Chatwork. They support me for clarify and turn it to technology language.

This is very important project for me. Success of this project will help me to reach my target.

The project has been running with agile, and I think that has been good for the team.

I am just talking with Nhan. He is good skill at technology.
