I recently engaged NBY IT for 3D modeling, design, and rendering services for my [specific project]. The scope of their work was comprehensive and included everything from initial concept sketches to the final rendered images.

Scope of Work:

• 3D Modeling: They created detailed and accurate 3D models from scratch, meeting my specifications and overcoming several challenging requirements.
• 3D Design: The design process was highly collaborative, and they provided multiple iterations based on my feedback until we achieved the perfect design.
• 3D Rendering: The rendered images were exceptionally high quality, with photorealistic lighting and textures that truly brought the designs to life.

The projects I ordered for them are all for our clients and they submitted it successfully. We verified the projects and it was all right. Most importantly Our clients loved the work. We both are happy and in the future, we would love to work with them.

The project management system was very professional. We use a specific tool Trello for project management and FTP for file transferring. They had a dedicated project manager to provide our services and mitigate our problems. The good part is they delivered their work on time. They always responded to our needs with care. We shared our needs via mail and they responded in the same way immediately. We are happy with their services.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many things about this company impressed me. But the way they conduct communication between us is very impressive. They care about all our needs and take everything seriously and professionally. For this reason, they can complete the project successfully with no objection. That's why I am super impressed with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NBY IT Solution could have done differently?

I don't think they need any specific improvement. As far as I can understand they are very professional. There are no major countable issues that could be upgraded from my point of view.
