3D Modeling: They created detailed and accurate 3D models from scratch, meeting my specifications and overcoming several challenging requirements.

The project management system was very professional. We use a specific tool Trello for project management and FTP for file transferring. They had a dedicated project manager to provide our services and mitigate our problems. The good part is they delivered their work on time. They always responded to our needs with care. We shared our needs via mail and they responded in the same way immediately. We are happy with their services.

I don't think they need any specific improvement. As far as I can understand they are very professional. There are no major countable issues that could be upgraded from my point of view.
