• Improve the accessibility of the "Consultas Digitales" platform so that more people, regardless of their digital skills, can participate in citizen consultation processes.
• Make the user experience clearer, more intuitive, and user-friendly for the different types of users who access the platform.
• Have the support of a team with expertise in usability and accessibility to help us accurately identify which aspects we needed to improve and how to do it effectively.

Natural Tech House conducted a deep analysis of our platform from three angles:

• User experience
• Visual design
• Technical accessibility

The goal was to identify barriers to citizen participation and suggest concrete improvements in navigation, design, and content structure to create a platform that is clearer and more inclusive.

They delivered a comprehensive report with over 30 prioritized recommendations, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize proposed changes. We also collaborated in validation stages and worked together on adapting a design system aligned with our visual identity.

We successfully transformed a previously unintuitive experience into a platform that is much clearer, more accessible, and more cohesive.
