What challenge were you trying to address with Natuha Solution?

We needed to develop a website with Magento backend and React frontend.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Natuha to develop the front- and backend of the website. We broke the website into three phases: development, marketing, and the third phase is for the infrastructure to be suitable for millions of products. Currently, we’re in phase one.

The e-commerce website uses Magento 2.4 in the backend to store products, customers, and an order system. They’ve also built the frontend from scratch using React to communicate with Magento via an API. Additionally, they’ve worked on server optimization for both front- and backend.

In the future, we’ll have them work with marketing and SEO.

What is the team composition?

They have 3–5 people, including front- and backend developers, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Natuha Solution?

We advertised for a new partner. After a quick discussion with Natuha, we saw they were suitable for our project.

How much have you invested with them?

It’s been $20,000 for phase one.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. The first phase will go live next week.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since it’s not live yet, the feedback only comes from our internal teams. We have one reviewing their code and trying to deploy it on our servers. So far, we’re satisfied with the results, and the quality is good.

On the other hand, we have about 2 million products, and we’re running a penetration test for about 10,000–15,000 requests. It’s still running smoothly — there haven’t been any crashes, and the only downtime is when they deploy new features.

How did Natuha Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

We’d planned to go live in three months, but there were changes from our boss and some qualms from development, so we got delayed about a month.

We have daily meetings, and we’re in contact anytime there are issues. They use Jira to manage their work and Zello to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re skilled in Magento. Their team catches problems quickly and correctly. It’s nice to work with them; we don’t have to explain too much. We just present the basics, and they understand what we need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything is good.

Have clear requirements before connecting with them.
