I’m Head of Content and Branding at Spinwise, an iGaming company with numerous casino and sportsbook brands, each focusing on delivering a fun and engaging experience for our players and partners.

What challenge were you trying to address with Native Localization?

We were looking for support with the localisation and proofreading of our product and marketing assets, ideally with a single agency that catered to all needed languages and had experience with iGaming products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Native Localization localises and proofreads our product and marketing assets into 12 unique languages for our collection of iGaming brands. The team has worked on our full product copy, including user flows and customer journeys. In addition, they work on our CRM emails, tournament send-outs, promotions and other marketing materials.

We work with 4 team members from Native.

How did you come to work with Native Localization?

We found them through online search. We chose Native because they were close to our geographic location (Baltics), their pricing fit our budget, we had a great culture fit. We also tested their quality and were very satisfied with the results.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since January 2025 and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Native Localization has delivered quality localisaed copy. Native's work has resulted in improved turnaround times for translations; improved communication efficiencies; reduced time to market, particularly for our marketing content; and increased translation quality.

How did Native Localization perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is fast, organised, and highly communicative. Native's project management has been excellent. The team is fast, organised, fully integrated into our workflow (Jira, Slack) and highly communicative. The team are highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Native's communication through Slack and Jira has been exceptional. In addition, the team always asks questions when they're unsure of something and is very open to feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for them to improve.

I'm a product manager at Roamless, a telecommunications company. We provide a global eSIM solution that offers affordable, no-expiry mobile data and calling in over 200 destinations, eliminating roaming charges and the need to swap SIM cards for travelers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Native Localization to accomplish for your business?

We needed help scaling our mobile app and website to new regions and languages as the company expands. We also needed translations with context.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Native Localization handles our full localization program across 11 languages, including Italian, Turkish, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Russian, German, Dutch, Arabic, and Japanese. On the app side, they work across both iOS and Android, translating the string files and syncing deliveries to our release schedule so localized versions ship at the same time as the English update. Nothing goes out late.
For the website, the scope covers the checkout flow, navigation, product and feature pages, banners, pop-ups, and partner pages. They also handle our email templates, the User Stories section, product naming, and content coming out of our content engine.
Every delivery goes through terminology checks, translation, linguistic QA, and a final review before anything goes live. It's ongoing work, regular updates rather than a one-time project, and it runs reliably in the background as we expand. Moreover, Native Localization is responsible for integrating translations into Framer. Anything else goes through Crowdin.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Native Localization has had a clear impact on our global expansion. It has improved retention and engagement in newly localized markets by reducing friction and increasing trust through high-quality local language content. It has also accelerated our go-to-market speed, allowing us to launch campaigns, destination pages, and pricing updates simultaneously across multiple regions. 
Overall, it has helped us scale faster and communicate more effectively with international users.
Moreover, we've seen fewer user misunderstandings around product details in localized markets. The content feels more natural and trustworthy, which improves overall brand perception. Internally, our marketing and product teams have experienced smoother campaign launches and fewer last-minute translation fixes, making global rollouts more reliable and coordinated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stands out the most about Native Localization is their speed without sacrificing quality. They're able to deliver accurate, market-appropriate translations quickly, which directly supports our campaign timelines and product updates. At the same time, they understand context, not just words, which makes the content feel native rather than translated.
