Motii is an Australian business technology consultancy helping businesses improve how they work across the full customer journey. We cover marketing automation, sales and CRM, project and work management, telephony, electronic document management, customer support, retention and AI. We implement and connect platforms including Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Simpro, monday.com, Fin / Intercom, with a focus on workflow optimisation, integration, automation, training and user adoption. Our own integration engine, Motii Wizard, connects business systems to reduce manual data entry and keep information flowing seamlessly between systems and teams.

The scope covered solution architecture, software development, testing and technical handover.

Key deliverables included:

A flexible integration engine built to support additional business systems.
Two-way integration between Pipedrive and Simpro as the first use case.
Configuration capabilities so our team can tailor integrations and field mappings for each client.
Technical documentation and knowledge transfer so our team can manage and extend the platform.
