Naqsh Media started in Dubai in 2013 as a print shop and grew into a full creative and event production agency by keeping one rule: design, print and production stay under one roof. Today the same team that designs a brand builds its exhibition stand, films its launch and automates its sales follow-up with AI. We work in English and Arabic, price up front and deliver on the date we promise.

Brand, exhibition stand, film and printed collateral come from one team, so nothing is lost between agencies and deadlines hold. A 200 sqm GITEX stand, its video and its giveaways ship from the same floor.

Bilingual, Dubai-based, on the ground

English and Arabic in-house. We know DWTC, ADNEC and Expo City logistics, UAE signage approvals and local suppliers, which is what keeps event timelines and costs predictable.

AI and automation we actually run ourselves

Our own sales, quoting and booking flows run on n8n, Zoho and Stripe automations. We bring that hands-on experience to clients instead of slideware.

One account manager from brief to delivery, reachable on WhatsApp and email. Briefs are confirmed in writing with scope, timeline and a fixed price before work starts. For events and exhibition stands we share 3D renders and a production schedule for approval; for video, a treatment and shot list; for branding, concept rounds with clear revision limits. Progress updates are weekly, or daily in the final week before an event.
