I’m the owner, president, and CEO of O-Trucking. We provide dispatching and marketing services for truck owners and people who need dispatching services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Nabidios?

We needed someone to design and develop our website and logo.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nabidios designed and developed our website and logo from scratch. Initially, they conducted a discovery phase, during which we filled out some forms they provided us with. Then, they came back with logo samples and mock-ups to choose from. They also helped us understand our online presence by showing us what our competitors were doing on social media, which allowed us to understand how to position ourselves.

As for the website, Nabidios started using WordPress to develop it, but we told them that we would be adding an affiliate store. Therefore, they recommended moving the site to Shopify to leverage its advanced CMS capabilities. We were trying to display more services on our site, so they also helped us integrate call-to-actions, contact forms, and contact information.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 people from Nabidios, including the owner, a graphic designer, a social media specialist who was in charge of the copywriting, and an account executive. The owner was our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Nabidios?

I found them online when I was looking for a web developer.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $6,000–$7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2020 and finished the website within two months. The partnership is still ongoing since we have them on a retainer basis. We contact them whenever we need them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From the start, we told Nabidios what we needed, and they handled it very well. They understood our requirements and delivered exactly what we expected.

How did Nabidios perform from a project management standpoint?

Nabidios’s project management was great; they met all their deadlines. We used Asana and Trello for project management and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills and technical knowledge were Nabidios strengths.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Nabidios did more on the SEO front, adding extra value to their service.

Any advice for potential customers?

Have your requirements set and know what you want, and they will be able to deliver.
