N4 was asked to develop a creative treatment for a unique e-commerce collaboration at Surfline. They developed several concepts, and then worked with the Surfline team to identify the preferred creative approach and then produce all the visual assets necessary to support the campaign.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All deadlines were hit consistently and a high-quality campaign was delivered. Business performance was below expectations for reasons outside of N4's control.

Tighten up communication in final phase of delivery, to allow more time for internal stakeholders to review. This said, the project was delivered within the agreed timeline to a high level of polish.
