Mytnic

Mytnic is a software company based in Wrocław, Poland. We advise on and build custom web software for B2B manufacturers, distributors and service companies, and for businesses launching a new service or product.

We work where standard systems end, and where a new idea needs software that doesn’t exist yet.

 Typical situations:

the same data typed into several systems, customers calling for order statuses that are already in the system, and management waiting for reports assembled from several spreadsheets.

Or the company is growing or planning something new: a new service, a new way of serving customers, a new sales channel, or a scale at which the current way of working no longer holds. We help refine the idea and build it in stages, so the first features can be tested within weeks, depending on scope.

What we build:

• new applications for new services, products or ways of serving customers, from idea to launch,
• operational applications: order and service fulfilment, document workflows, quoting and billing tools,
• customer and partner portals: orders, invoices and delivery documents, complaints and returns, knowledge base,
• management dashboards combining data from ERP, CRM and other sources, with threshold alerts and scheduled reports,
• integrations with existing systems via available APIs,
• AI features where they bring measurable value: reading and classifying documents, searching company materials, summaries, support for ticket handling.

How we work:

we start with a free 30-minute call about your needs or your idea for a new application, and you don’t need a specification. Scope is defined in a pre-implementation analysis that covers both existing processes and the assumptions of a new application or service.

You receive:

• a process map and an assessment of areas to improve,
• a solution concept and functional scope,
• a staged plan with key requirements and risks,
• a quote in a fixed-price or capped hourly model.
