I'm the owner of Vlora Olive Oil, a producer of single-origin Kalinjot extra virgin olive oil from Vlorë, Albania. We sell online to the United States and across Albania.

They built everything from zero: brand-consistent website with an online store, product pages, and a content blog. Beyond the build, they handled SEO (25+ optimized articles, technical setup, Google and Bing indexing), set up our Google Business Profile and Google Shopping listings, our social media presence on four platforms with ongoing content, our email infrastructure, and a bilingual expansion so the site serves both American and Albanian customers, including WhatsApp ordering with cash on delivery for the local market.

 Starting from zero online presence, within the first two months we had:
- The website indexed on Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo within the first month of launch 
- Ranking for 250+ keywords in Google within two months, with search impressions growing over 60% week-over-week 
- Our own olive variety, Kalinjot, ranking on page 2 of Google and climbing — for a term nobody associated with us before 
- All 6 products approved and live on Google Shopping (free listings) for the US market 
- A content library of 25+ SEO articles, several already earning impressions for commercial searches like "olive oil cooking" and "olive oil salad dressing" 
- 5 new referring domains in a single week through a structured link-building campaign (Trustpilot, Europages, Tridge, Medium, and a Slow Food Ark of Taste nomination for our olive variety) 
- A social presence built from nothing across 4 platforms, publishing daily, plus a second market (Albania) served through a bilingual site and WhatsApp ordering with cash on delivery The store opened to a market that didn't know we existed — and now gets found, listed, and followed every day.

Project management was the strongest part of the collaboration. We worked with daily communication over WhatsApp and everything was explained in simple language, never technical jargon.
