We wanted a company that would protect our business assests online from threats as well as offer technical support for our employees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was provided reports on threats that had tried to gain access to our information through password breaches etc.  The employees are able to easily submit a ticket for a quick response to get help with whatever computer issue they are having.

Yes, I am constantly provided with updates on my online security.  I have positive feedback from employees reguarding getting technical issues resolved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was impressive to see the detailed threat report generated, showing that the dark web had tried to gain access and use employees' password combinations. I find it impressive and a time saver for employees to resolve computer issues quickly.

To date I do not see what they could have done differently as we are satisfied with our services provided.
