Our goal was to create a dynamic website for JAIMLAP state association .

Secondly, they came up with a lucrative offer of creating a dynamic website as per JAIMLAP association standards along with Website maintenance FREE for one year. Hence, we hired them as our vendor for Web design & Development.

We had multiple meetings to start the project .To start with Website Infrastructure , then after their team and our Advisor done a lot of brainstorming to decide with the theme of the website. After, it got finalized , we moved ahead and created content for website. And once it was designed , then it went for the final development of the website.

What was the team composition?

We have one dedicated in-house creative Advisor who was dealing with their team. Not sure, about the number of people involved from their side. but , i guess 4-5 people were involved (Technical head, developer, graphics designer, and more)

As they promised,

1. Website was ready in 2 months and 15 days .

We were looking for Leads for our products. We were small that time and not in a position to do lot of investment in the market. Then we thought of Digital Marketing and its benefits. We searched for some agencies in India. And our search ended up to MY DIGITAL LEADER.

They were also new to the market that time. Hence, they were very passionate and true to their words and promises. (Even today they do). Our thrust for relevant leads and their process of making integrated digital marketing strategies made us succeed in our business .

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our sales and capture the local market (initially). Hence we were looking for someone who can run a good on-point Ad Campaigns over internet to generate leads for us.

Initially , they started with Paid Campaigns on Google and Social Media and then slowly they started focusing on SEO (Parellely) to generate organic Leads. Now , we have build a good repo on Digital platform and getting Leads via organic Search.

My Team searched for some Digital Marketing Agencies online and we ended up at My Digital Leader through some Ad. We had multiple telephonic conversations . Although ,it was hard to take a decision to shake hand with a newbie , but their passion and modern ideas convinced the company and yes, since then, we are going good.

After we hired this vendor, we underwent though the series of meetings (My Team and their team). We explained them about our nature of business , our brand , our requirements, our budget, plans and they focused on understanding the ins and outs of the business.

Then after 3-4 days they came up with the specific Action Plan to start the things. Again we sat and discussed the same and settled on the action Plan with some moderations.

Since beginning , Our sales has improved up to 76 %. Every month we are making conversions with the ratio of 4 : 10 (for now) . This figure is quite satisfactory or us.

It was smooth . Very soon ,their team got gelled up with my in-house team and coordinators.
