MXTechies has handled the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of our digital platform using the Mendix low-code platform and Siemens technologies. Their work includes gathering business requirements, designing the application, developing and automating key laboratory workflows, integrating our existing enterprise systems, and ensuring the platform is secure and scalable.
They also manage testing, deployment, and post-launch support to ensure a smooth rollout.Specifically, MXTechies has helped us automate several of our day-to-day laboratory operations, including sample registration and tracking, test request management, report generation, and approval workflows. They’ve also integrated the platform with our existing business systems to ensure data flows seamlessly across departments.

MXTechies has delivered noticeable improvements across our operations. We’ve significantly reduced manual effort by automating key laboratory workflows, which has helped our team process requests more efficiently. Turnaround times have improved, data accuracy has increased, and system integration has eliminated duplicate data entry. The new platform has also given us better visibility into laboratory operations through centralized dashboards and reporting.
Overall, the solution has improved productivity, streamlined our daily processes, and provided a scalable foundation to support our future growth.
Specifically, we’ve reduced manual data entry by approximately 60%, improved workflow productivity by around 40%, and shortened report turnaround times by nearly 35%. The integration of our laboratory and business systems has also improved data accuracy by minimizing manual errors and duplicate records. These improvements have helped us deliver faster and more reliable services to our customers.
Moreover, our team is much more satisfied with the new workflow because it has made their day-to-day work faster and easier.

That said, whenever we raise questions or request additional support, their team responds quickly and ensures everything is addressed. It’s a smooth project overall, and we’re happy with the outcome.
