We were impressed with their knack for storytelling and timing, investment and commitment to the project's success as a team player, ability to quickly respond to change requests, and great attitude.

None that I can think of from this experience. Any issues were remedied during the process, i.e. streamlining concurrent edits to still deliver on schedule or ahead of schedule and also discovering unique methods to allow for real-time virtual reviews without latency.
