I'm the CEO of a startup building software.

We needed staff augmentation services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we contacted MUGCO to bring us developers, designers, and product people from Europe. They help us with the hiring and onboarding process for the employees. We have specific requirements for experience in certain coding languages. They do the sourcing to find suitable candidates and help us interview them.

We’ve only interacted with the CEO.

I met them through a referral.

The partnership began in August 2021, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We aimed to recruit four people, and MUGCO brought us about 20 resumes to choose the four candidates. We’ve recruited the employees, who are still working with us, so it’s been perfect. All in all, we’re very pleased with their work.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

The project has a unique platform for the logistics in the construction field and has a vast number of user roles, which was completed working with. Also, a system was needed to manage access to information and product functionality. We have developed a new module that allows you to declaratively describe the roles of users, entities (parts of information, functionality), actions (actions on entities), and relationships between them. The complexity of maintaining code aimed at checking user roles has decreased. The module includes a convenient syntax for describing the above connections and auxiliary functions for convenient use on the backend and front end.

They came recommended by a trusted advisor to the company

We were supplied with a number of offshore resources that helped augment our staff and deliver on key business initiatives.

Mugco managed the upfront vetting process, we provided them with a job description to aid in the initial search and they found and sent qualified individuals who we then interviewed. Beyond that Mugco also provided many staffing agency accommodations for the contractors in an ongoing basis as well as aided in smooth processes and continued support throughout the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The engagement is ongoing, but I would say we would continue to utilize Mugco services as were are pleased with the results rendered to date

Very effective, the process has always been smooth and when issues arose with staff Mugco was very willing to work with us through issues to our satisfaction.
