I was asked to launch a website called gp-hama. At the same time, we asked MU to create an e-commerce site. The finished product was well made and I felt the power of good old Japanese manufacturing. In addition, the system is easy to use and features an easy-to-understand design, and sales are increasing in the declining industry known as DTP.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website sales increased by about 40%. Additionally, the website was easy to use, and the number of users leaving the site decreased.

They showed us the next deliverable at the timing of the meeting. They ensured a smooth process and constant availability throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many of the members were Japanese, but unlike the general image of Japanese people, they were good at English. Although some members of their team often speak English as their native language, they did not seem to have any problems communicating in English.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MU Australia could have done differently?

I think it's the speed. I made an unreasonable request. However, they responded with quality. As for the speed, I think it could be a little faster.
