We needed a solution for the daily stock and commercial activities reporting of medicines to Ministry of Health, including reporting history, notifications, and inventory/product catalog, as per the local legislation Order 1345/2016.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The great accountability in delivering according to the agreed development & implementation plan plan. MTD Technology used an accelerated delivery model, which through iterative and incremental development cycles, will allow the installation of new functionalities in a test environment every two weeks that could be immediately tested. The feedback obtained from the testing sessions was integrated into the next iterations of the Application, thus ensuring that the developed solution always meets all our requirements and needs.

Their project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time and kept us updated throughout the process. They were highly responsive to our needs, adapting quickly to changes and ensuring everything stayed on track. Their communication and organization made the entire collaboration smooth and efficient.

What I found most impressive about the company was the caliber of the people working there. Their team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
