We needed help unifying our disintegrated IT service management (ITSM) platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Moworks helped us unify our disintegrated ITSM platform. The team also helped with the implementation and completed a migration from ManageEngine. We’ll also do a Zoho Mail migration with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a complete ROI by eliminating our current legacy system, which was expensive. We also saw improved user satisfaction.

How did Moworks perform from a project management standpoint?

Moworks’s project management was professional. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Moworks had a good young team with a good software partnership.
