It wasn’t just a basic requirement-delivery relationship, which was really refreshing and valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Movya could have done differently?

There might be some minor internal areas for improvement, as is the case with any organization, but from a client’s perspective, the company is excellent. I don’t feel there’s any need for improvement. In fact, they seem to be continuously improving on their own — so from my side, everything is absolutely good.
