Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm an amazon seller, selling 3 products in the beauty category in the Italian market since last year.

For what projects/services did your company hire MountAZ, and what were your goals?

We launched our products in May 2020, during the launch face we hire them to manage our Amazon PPC. It's a tough job to handle especially to run ads in the beauty category. Our price is also lower so we cannot bear high ACOS/TACOS. but they guys managed very efficienctly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired them through a freelancing platform. we hired them for our products launch PPC campaigns and ongoing management of our PPC.

Work in total to run PPC ads for our newly launched products in the beauty category. their job was to run PPC launch campaigns and after 3 months we start ongoing PPC with them. tools required mostly are helium10, Amazon Ads console. and the guys have their internal tool for reporting perspective.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

we are working with 3 resources. Ahtsham is the owner of the company and also has very detailed knowledge about amazon (Not only PPC). 2 other guys are experts in PPC and they know very well how to make the PPC effective with a very good ACOS/TACOS. Now planning to start DSP with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They guys are managing our PPC very very well, They are very good at making strategies, as they helped us in launching our products through PPC. Their reporting tool is very detailed and we are tracking data using that tool. We started ads with just 500$ per month and now we are spending around 9k on PPC and for DSP planning to spend 20K. The best thing is in the start our ACOS was around 65%+ now we are around 10% since last 5 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had meetings every week mostly with them and we decide our weeks to discuss different things. The best part is we learn a lot from these guys as they have a lot of knowledge and are super skillful. We are aligned on the working atmosphere.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

they are really 1 stop solution for our brand. And our plan is to work with them in the future as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their PPC skills are very very effective. Also, they are very good at DSP as they show us some results of their clients, and that makes us invest in DSP.
