LCM provides safe, efficient and high-quality fuel management services to companies who are required to move, manage or dispense fuel safely and lawfully. My position at LCM is Managing Director.

For what projects/services did your company hire MOTA Creative Ltd?

I have used Mo and MOTA Creative in a number of my businesses to assist with website design and build, graphic design and social media management.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for this project was to build a functional website from a set of designs which were provided. Once the website was to go live, a social media and SEO campaign was to be launched to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.

They were highly recommended by another agency and their work has been reasonably priced.

They developed our brand new website on WordPress and designed additional graphical elements for the website. An SEO and social media campaign were started as soon as the website went live.

What was the team composition?

Mo and his team were excellent in communicating with us throughout the whole project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The impact of the new website and digital marketing campaigns were huge. The number of new visitors and enquiries increased dramatically.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

MOTA used Trello for project management. This was great as it allowed us to see and comment on task's they were working on. This was a far better method of communicating than just email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have used Mo and Mota Creative in a number of my businesses to assist with website design and build, graphic design and social media management. This has led me to recommend them to fellow Directors that I have networked with. I have done this because I cannot fault Mo and his team for their creativity, technical competence, enthusiasm and objectivity. They take a brief, ponder, come back with great questions and then work closely with their client to deliver it and then review what they have done. Their work has been reasonably priced but has given us a strong visual and social media platform. I am delighted to have found Mo and I know that those to whom I have introduced Mota Creative are also delighted.

To create a new website that is clean, user friendly and displays our content and services in a professional manner.

We decided to work with Mota Creative based on their previous work and experience and keen pricing.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed and developed our website using wordpress. we were presented with different template options, then design examples of our chosen template. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire design and development process with meetings and design updates. This allowed us to make changes on the fly, rather than wasting time and money on large sets of amends once the website was complete.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with Mo throughout the entire process.
