I was a marketing manager who took care of APAC marketing for Meitu, Inc. Meitu owns several global online products that specialize in selfie and photo editing.

My company is a manufacturing business of gas equipment, a B2B provider to major gas companies and equipment distributors. My role is Managing Director of the Business Unit in Thailand with regional responsibility across all APAC.

We were looking to position in the Thai market a new product (gas-fueled power generator) with a B2C target. Together with MOST2414 we developed the digital strategy and implemented a social campaign on Facebook.

Creating a fan-base, identifying the buying persona, highligting potential partners and distributors, managing campaigns, first-tier trouble-shooting, timely Q&A, video production.

What was the team composition?

MOST 2414 director was directly involved on weekly / monthly updates on strategy and pivots, while their account manager was in contact daily with the rest of my team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From 0 to 30.000 fans on Facebook page. Sales from 0 to 100k USD in less than 2 years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was very supportive and patient in explaining and coaching my team on digital marketing basics.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're very lean, efficient and cost-effective, with an extremely high outcome quality. Capable to adapt and quickly understand also the most technical products. Their video production is top notch and we decided now to use MOST2414 not only for Thailand but for all our corporate media production.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They're very flexible and fast-responding, also on tight schedules and short notices. I hope their team will grow in numbers, so that they could provide more services and to a broader geography.
