I am the director and owner of the company. The company's aim is to facilitate the way that property is bought and sold.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Morosoft Technologies, and what were your goals?

Morosoft Technologies was approached in order to design a website from scratch, with multiple functionalities, and with a map that can zoom-in and out depending what the client is searching for. The goals were to help the client filter his or her ideal home, in the most effective way. Additionally, we know how home seekers can get very distracted with the huge range of options that will be available in the market. Morosoft Technoglogies managed to design in a very interactive manner the filtering options in the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factor was the very good reviews that the company had.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First, we had a good conversation about what I had in mind, what where the most important things that had to be included and a general design draft. Then, while keeping communication with me, they designed the website and sent me videos of how it's forming and the instructuions on how to use it's functions. Once the website was built, they gave me access and finished the last few touches to make it exactly how I wanted it.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one particular person, and I am not sure what his position was. What I can say, is that he was very professional, before, during, and even after the project. I needed some assistance 2 months after payment was done, and I found him helping me within a couple of hours free of charge.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I will keep it very simple. I can only say positive things about my project in all aspects, timing, quality, communication etc... This was not my first time investing in a website, but definitely the best one.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Perfect. We were communicating via recorded videos. If they can maybe improve a little is in the audio of their videos. It was not very clear at times and I had to rewind a little to understand certain functionalities but nothing major. Timeliness was super fast and prior to deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that for the first-time I was not told that something is impossible or cannot be done. Whatever I requested was done in a matter of days and delivered exactly how I wanted it. That was impressive. Additionally with some of the steps, even though I liked the way they designed certain areas, they kept offering me options so that I can continue to perfect it. That I appreciated alot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that I think they need to improve a little, is the clarity of the audio that they record in.
