Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a sales representative for FITSPACE Studios. We’re a boutique fitness studio that offers classes with a maximum of 10 people. With four locations, we currently have classes like Total Body, Pilates, and HIIT.

What challenge were you trying to address with MoreLeads?

Their team has performed lead generation for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They do ads on Facebook, Google, and YouTube for people that want to sign up for their first class. They created the landing page and WordPress site for us.

It is a simple webpage with a call-to-action button for visitors to get their first class for under $10. It has a lead form that goes straight into our CRM system, which they actually did the integration for.

We use a special fitness CRM called ClubReady. It is a little bit challenging because there is no custom reservation. They made a special app that would automatically integrate everything into our CRM for us. They did all the images and videos, along with all of the video editing. They’ve also made flyers for us.

What is the team composition?

We have one coordinator, but I know that around six people work on the project from their side.

How did you come to work with MoreLeads?

Their price point was very good, and their team promised great results.

If we weren’t able to reach a certain KPI, they would give us our money back.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $25,000 by now.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with their company started in May 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We track everything yearly. We’ve been getting 300% more high-quality leads than we used to. About 40% of those convert into an intro package, which ranges per class.

How did MoreLeads perform from a project management standpoint?

Our communication was very simple. We created a WhatsApp chat. We tell them what we need, and they give us options for how they can do it.

For example, we opened in July after COVID-19. We did stories through Instagram and YouTube. It was a simple process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their entire team is very responsive. They have people in the US and Europe that I can contact them at 2 a.m., and they’ll respond within 30 minutes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m very satisfied with their services. We’re a pretty large company with a board of investors, and they’re satisfied as well. MoreLeads was open to talk to everyone.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They made the process very simple by creating a WhatsApp chat where all of our communication is held. We can have as many meetings as we need per week. Their team is flexible about scheduling, and they always find us a person to talk to.

Our coordinator sometimes isn’t available, but he will make sure we have someone to talk to who knows about the project. For such a low price, it's been great for us.
