We got an up-to-date well-performing website that’s easy to update and maintain. The ability to add new features without disruptions is very important for us as our project is still growing. React was a good choice of technology because it allows for easy maintenance and quick bug fixes.

We have worked earlier with the Morebis team for one of our customers. We have known each other through a professional organization. We decided to involve QAs from QArtrock like an independent QAs team to have an independent vision of the product’s quality. This cooperation gave us good results and partners in the future.

The project was developed on the .net, C# .NET Core, JavaScript stack of technologies and was covered by manual and automated tests on C# based.

What was the team composition?

We started with 10 QA Engineers. Manual QA lead, Automation QA lead, and QA Engineers.

Morebis improved the development process and managed to establish reliable and transparent testing and delivery process:

• A clear scope of work reflected in the test plan and scheduled results reporting
• Comprehensive test coverage via Work Breakdown Structure and well-designed test scenarios
• Traceable testing results where the defects were mapped to the corresponding test scenarios. This enabled instant detecting of the error-prone areas
• Automated regression test suites were run nightly followed by an email to key stakeholders with a detailed report
• The suite of automated and scalable API and performance tests

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have been working rather productively on our mutual project, Morebis team is responsible for back-end and front-end development, while our team is responsible for Quality assurance and Automated Testing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We needed senior resources for the project, Morebis team has submitted high-quality developers with a complex tech stack. The team proactively allocates resources to make that expertise available for our team.
