More Booked Consults does three things, exclusively for aesthetic practices: conversion rate optimization, local SEO, and managed Meta ads.
It is run by one person. Gabe Meierotto was Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, where he tested booking forms, service pages and offers across 100+ locations. He does the work himself, so there is no account manager in between.
Booking flow & website optimization ships two improvements a month to the booking form, popups, reviews and offers, each measured against the numbers from before, and the new booking form is live within 14 days or month one is free. Local SEO covers service and city pages, Google Business Profile and citations. Meta ads are static image ads with landing pages built in-house, and the ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta and never marked up.
Prices are published: $2,500 a month for booking flow & website optimization or local SEO, $5,000 a month for both, and $3,000 a month for managed Meta ads, plus a one-time $2,500 setup for ads. Booking flow & website optimization is month to month with no contract; local SEO runs on a 6-month minimum, Meta ads on a 3-month minimum.
More Booked Consults does not run Google Ads, rebuild websites or set up CRMs. Every engagement starts with a free written audit.
