I’m the manager of Bat Kicks, an e-commerce sneaker store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Moontu Digital Solutions?

We hired Moontu for their web development and digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Moontu has set up everything we needed. They’ve designed and developed our website from scratch using WooCommerce. I’ve provided them with my details so they can register me on payment platforms. Moreover, they provide maintenance but not hosting.

Apart from that, they’re running our Google Ads and managing our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They’re also currently designing our brochures and posters for marketing purposes.

I found Moontu through Google. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve paid around $5,800 for the e-commerce store. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in June 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our collaboration has been excellent. They’ve taught us many things we didn’t know before. We’re now able to market our products through various means. On top of that, our social media campaigns are now more effective; we’re getting a lot of inquiries from there. 

How did Moontu Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Moontu delivers items on time and stays on budget. They respond to our needs quickly, which is why we continue working with them. Our teams normally communicate through emails, Zoom meetings, and phone calls.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their pricing and the fact that they deliver quality work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

I’d definitely recommend them because I know them and what they’ve done for our company.
