Digital marketing and development agency based in Bucharest, Romania, founded by Felix Dumitru. It runs paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn for online stores and service companies. It also builds websites and online stores, custom software, and AI automation for companies that want to cut repetitive work.
Alongside client work, the agency builds its own products: MOON Chat, an AI chatbot for online stores; MOON Post, which writes and publishes posts for blogs and social media; and MOON Site, a website builder for small businesses. New clients can start with a free audit. Video production is not part of the offer; for video ads, the creative comes from the client.

Our Story
THE MOON Agency started in 2019 in Bucharest. Felix Dumitru runs it with a small team. We work with online stores and local businesses: we run their ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, build their websites and online stores, and write custom software when a client needs it. We also build our own AI products: MOON Chat, MOON Post and MOON Site.

What Sets Us Apart
Our own AI products
We build MOON Chat, MOON Post and MOON Site in-house. Clients get chatbots, content and websites from the same team that runs their ads.Live results for every client
Each client gets access to the MOON Client Portal, where ad spend and results from Meta and Google show up live, plus a short monthly report.Ads and development in one team
The same people run your campaigns and build your site, tracking and custom tools. Landing pages, pixels and integrations are set up right from the start.
