We needed the installation of 2 Windows Server and a whole new implementation of backup strategy and cloud services

We had been doing business with another IT company I wont name on here and were just getting really bad services and many down times. Since we switched to SoftFlow Canada everything had been working perfectly and we all feel safe at the office now

2 assigned certified network specialists
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since we switched to SoftFlow Canada the mood at the office has changed. Employees use their computers with ease now and we can all access remotely with no problem.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We didn't really have to do much but provide basic information and passwords.

I have another office in Toronto and they don't have someone full-time support there.
