• We brought in Montana Coders LLC to rebuild our mobile app and take over the maintenance of our website which was originally built by another vendor. We wanted to elevate the digital experience for our customers and have the platform scale with our growing product offerings and operational needs.

Our legacy e-commerce site was built on Magento 1 and was outdated in terms of performance and user experience. Montana Coders LLC redesigned and migrated the site to Magento 2 with a focus on usability and responsiveness. They consolidated data from multiple sources into one platform, built a robust database to manage our product and partner information and added advanced filtering tools for customers to find products easier. They also addressed backend inefficiencies and made recommendations on security and payment integrations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were immediate and amazing. Our new site saw 400% increase in traffic and customer engagement has continued to grow. The site is faster, more intuitive and more aligned with our brand. Montana Coders LLC didn’t just meet our expectations they helped us leap forward in terms of digital performance and customer satisfaction.

Their project management was thorough and transparent. After reviewing our existing app code and design assets they provided a detailed analysis of missing features and a roadmap for optimization. We appreciated their flexibility, they gave us the option to build on our current foundation or start from scratch. We chose to enhance what we had and they’ve been instrumental in refactoring code, adding new features and improving app performance. Weekly updates, task tracking via Jira and responsive communication via Slack and email kept everything on track.

The product owner assigned to our project was great. She was able to explain technical concepts in a way that was easy to understand (even for non-tech people like us). They cared about our goals and went above and beyond to ensure the final product matched our values and vision.

Honestly we’ve been happy. We haven’t worked with their full team but the people assigned to our project have been reliable, responsive and on time with quality work.
