Over the course of the project, we achieved significant measurable growth across all three platforms. BTLI expanded from a few early meetup locations to a presence in 5 major cities, growing membership from 8,527 to 11,848 (+38.9%) and scaling event attendance from 15–40 to 50–200 attendees, while also building a complimentary membership funnel from the ground up. The podcast grew followers from 191K to 230K (+39%), maintained a top 1% global ranking for both daily listeners and consumption hours, and sustained 4,000–6,000 hours of daily content consumption. The YouTube channel launched from zero, reached 2,300 subscribers, generated 157K total views and 29,500 watch hours, and achieved full monetization within just 6 months.

When new priorities emerged or adjustments were needed, they responded promptly and adapted without disruption to ongoing deliverables.
