For what projects/services did your company hire Monkey Kode?

Fika had just completed the BluePath re-brand and were asked to design the website as well. The existing site was ultra-basic and loaded with stock functionality.

How did you select this vendor?

Monkey Kode came highly recommended from a design colleague. Based on a few conversations with the UX/UI lead, we found a level of detail and understanding at a price that was well within our budget.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a basic framework for the site, which we kept intentionally simple. The UX/UI lead helped translate our vision into a simple yet vibrant website. Like any project, there were a lot of changes in direction. Monkey Kode was incredibly patient and more importantly flexible in how they worked through all of the changes.

We had a single point of contact, with the UX/UI lead.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It works well. The pages load quickly and the navigation feels seamless. Our ability to update information on the site whenever we need to is so helpful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to engage in the project and solve problems that weren't necessarily on their plate was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.
