Momoka is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for eCommerce brands, founded in March 2019 by Debora Carofiglio and Vitangelo Marchegiani in Città Sant'Angelo (Pescara), central Italy. Today we serve more than 250 brands and ship over 30,000 orders every month.
We run the full order cycle: storage in two dedicated warehouses, pick & pack with branded packaging, 24/48-hour shipping across Italy and Europe with major carriers, returns and reverse logistics. We specialise in cash-on-delivery (COD), the payment method still widely used in Italy: our in-house call center confirms orders and handles failed deliveries and claims to increase successful deliveries.
We also operate a food-grade area for shelf-stable products, with HACCP procedures and batch/expiry tracking (FEFO). Our proprietary WMS/ERP syncs in real time with Shopify (dedicated app), WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Amazon and eBay. Every client gets a dedicated team on Slack, email and phone.
