I’m the project director of a company that specializes in creating premium sporting hospitality experiences worldwide, setting industry standards, and continually innovating its services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Module Agency to accomplish for your company?

We needed help with the development of UX/UI designs for user scenarios based on goals defined. We also needed to adapt ours and the partners' brand guidelines to align with the app’s UX/UI design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Module Agency has been responsible for developing UX/UI designs for user scenarios based on goals defined. The team has also adapted the client's brand guidelines to align with the app’s UX/UI design. In addition, Module Agency has prepared design documentation and overseen its implementation by the developers. The team has collaborated with the product lead to develop documentation on trackable events in the application for use by the developers. Moreover, Module Agency has created clickable prototypes, formulated and implemented product hypotheses to improve user experience, and created app design mockups for split test implementation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over time, we’ve reached a zero bounce rate, and feature adoption has increased by 40% compared to previous results when Module Agency started working on the project. Before Module Agency, suppliers were making app designs from the ground up. However, the team has introduced design systems and created elements that can be reused. This has saved about 60% of the hours spent on design when launching a new version of the app for the new project. In addition, the team has consistently met deadlines.
