I’m the executive director of marketing strategy and operations for GHX, a company that provides cloud-based software solutions that automate and streamline healthcare supply chain processes. We connect providers and suppliers to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance data management across the industry.

We needed help with our visual brand refresh and revamping a few key pages of our website.

Modo Modo Agency helped us with our visual brand refresh and revamping a few key pages of our website. The team designed a new logo, created new brand colors, and developed new interactive website elements.

Someone referred Modo Modo Agency to me. I chose them over other options because they are uber creative, always deliver great ideas and were a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've worked together for 5+ years but most recently worked together from mid-2023 –January 2025 on a visual brand refresh and website initiative.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Modo Modo Agency's work helped us achieve a record-breaking sales year in 2025. We also received positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders. We will be submitting for a significant list of awards in 2026!

How did Modo Modo Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Modo Modo Agency delivered on time, and if there was a delay, they communicated it early. We communicated via virtual meetings and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Modo Modo Agency's creativity was always impressive. The team was very responsive and delivered on time. They thought outside the box and always prioritize strategy and the WOW factor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, it took an additional round of revisions to hit the mark on feedback. This could be attributed to more management of my team and our iteration.
