Modernise is a cloud-native software consultancy with offices in Amsterdam, Dubai, and Cairo, helping European and MENA companies modernize their technology, ship faster, and scale with confidence.

We work with growth-stage scaleups and mid-market enterprises that have outgrown their current architecture teams dealing with slow deployments, fragile infrastructure, or legacy systems holding back product velocity. Our work sits across three areas: cloud modernization, DevOps and Kubernetes, and application development.

On the cloud side, we help organizations migrate, re-architect, and optimize workloads on AWS, Azure and GCP reducing operational overhead and engineering toil without disrupting what's already running. On the DevOps side, we design and implement Kubernetes-native delivery pipelines, observability stacks, and platform engineering foundations that give development teams back their speed. On the application side, we build and modernize backend systems primarily on Java and Spring Boot with the kind of engineering discipline that holds up at scale.

What sets us apart is the delivery model. Our account management and client relationships are rooted in Western Europe, particularly the Netherlands, while our engineering teams operate out of Cairo, giving clients European communication standards, timezone-friendly collaboration, and senior talent at a fraction of the cost of onshore hiring.
