The Junior Economic Club is an entirely student-led organization that firmly believes that given the right guidance and support, high school students are capable of addressing the issues facing our society. We looked in a variety of places to find Flutter app development companies who had either worked with other economic clubs or had some experience working in. We chose MobileCoderz Technologies because of their flexibility and buy-in to our vision of what the approach should be and how it would be used.

We had initial discovery meetings with MobileCoderz about what the vision for the project was and shared planning documents with them on what we believed the tool components should be. We were then assigned a team with a project manager, a programmer, and later a designer to create wireframes and then a full prototype.

They also contracted an animator and served as a go-between with them to create animated videos that would be part of our app. We met with them weekly on Skype to go over progress and share feedback during the design process and then after we had conducted user testing with the tool.

We worked with four people directly from MobileCoderz, including a project director, 2 Flutter app programmers, and a UI designer. After the project was complete we also worked with an IT person who helped us transfer the app to our name. The project manager was our point of contact with the team.

We are very happy with the look of our app. In fact, MobileCoderz represented our vision above and beyond what we could have done. We anticipate it will have a positive effect on our users.

We had regular weekly meetings on Skype with their team to go over milestones. They never fall short of meeting our goals.

MobileCoderz did full-stack development and built our MVP for native Android. We started by providing them with our vision and preparing the wireframes, and they then helped us flesh out our ideas until we were ready for the development and implementation stages. They designed the app's UI in collaboration with our internal team and took over the in-app design. Our MVP is built to be user-generated content (UGC)-enabled.

A project manager was assigned for us, who ensured that we have transparent communication with the team members. Other than that there were 2 Android app developers, 1 UI/ UX designer, an analyst, 2 content writers, 1 SEO expert, 1 tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The workflow between them and my team members was really effective, even though we collaborated partially remotely. We held weekly sprint planning meetings where we got updates about what had been done and what we would be working on in the following weeks. We could always rely on them to meet deadlines.

We mainly communicated via Skype and Google Hangouts. MobileCCoderz Technologies has reliable and great project management skills. I'm especially impressed with their developers' capacity to simplify technical language for our team to understand — it shows how well they manage their clients. Their involvement helps us not to feel isolated in any phase of the project.

MobileCoderz Technologies went above and beyond to deliver what we needed. They are a team of positive and hard-working professionals who communicate well with us. The organization and the involvement of everyone assigned to the project were impressive. Working with a major time difference can be challenging but MobileCoderz made it smooth and efficient by keeping an efficient drumbeat and achieving each deadline.

While it is unavoidable for issues to be raised through various channels (e.g. WhatsApp, emails, skype, slack), the project manager put in the effort to streamline the communications. This has helped keep the communications clear.

On the project, we had a project manager, two iOS developers, 1 Android developer, a business analyst, 2 QA. Others sometimes connected when we need it for tasks and project.

They were always willing to go the extra mile and ensured that all our requirements are met. We had an occasion where we required urgent troubleshooting, and the team, without raising any concern, was willing to head back and help us in pandemic time. We appreciate that support.

They provided us with a sophisticated layout with the latest module. Our team was totally impressed with their dedication to dealing with the most tricky things. They understood all our specifications, worked on the complete wireframing, got our approvals and waited for our approval.

Once we gave them the approving nod, they worked on our mobile app. We were pretty unsure at the beginning whether they are adept in developing such apps or will they overcome challenges. We faced challenges, and their experts efficiently managed the task. We have had impressive visitors since the day our app launched in the market.
